This 400 sq. ft oasis above the garage is partly shaded by a mature mulberry tree, and may be enjoyed 8 am - 9 pm so as not to disturb our neighbors. There's an umbrella table to seat 6, chaises, chairs, planters, lighting and large charcoal grill.
