Elizabeth's Place is a  1500 sq.ft. 3-bedroom/1 bath apartment on street level with commanding 10' ceilings -- graciously appointed with European-styled fine furnishings and rugs on its hardwood oak floors and even original artwork.  It offers a living room, formal dining room, gourmet eat-in kitchen, full bathroom, and complimentary personal seasonal front-load washer and dryer.  To sleep, there is a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with a full bed, and the study's futon sofa opens to a full bed.

The sunny LIVING ROOM boasts large south-facing bay windows and hardwood floors. The buffet is topped by a flatscreen TV with DVD player. An ornate multi-speed ceiling fan, ample seating, and Art Nouveau desk add to the room's comfort.

Embossed trim work encircles the formal DINING ROOM where the table can expand to seat up to 12, whether for dining or business.  The extra-large hutch and buffet add storage. The sound system can entertain via a tuner, CD player, cassette player, and even a turntable. Your host provides a variety of CDs, cassettes and LPs.

The fully equipped deluxe KITCHEN includes furniture-look cabinets designed by the owner, SubZero refrigerator with double freezer, dishwasher, glass 4-burner cooktop, stainless self-clean oven, Corian counters and sink, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, blender, and all kitchenware.

BEDROOM 1 contains a queen bed, carved pear-wood dresser, bedside tables and wall-to-wall embossed carpeting. Shelving and the closet provide plenty of storage.

The heart of BEDROOM 2 is its romantic Louis Phillipe antique full bed, complimented by a dresser/desk combo, bedside table, and closet with storage above.

The shelves of the STUDY are stocked with books to delight every reader. A desk provides an ideal work space, and there's an extra-deep closet.

The STUDY can double as BEDROOM 3, as the sofa is a surprisingly comfortable full-sized futon bed.

In the BATHROOM, tenants may enjoy a shower or a soak in the clawfoot tub, the antique Bombay chest with vessel sink, and the soft, thick towels, toiletries and hair dryer.
